The Rathbone Hotel, Fitzrovia London

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with many attractions and amenities within easy walking distance. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

One negative aspect was that the rooms were not soundproofed properly, which meant that we were often disturbed by the noise from the street at night. the paid WiFi was a bit excessive considering the cost of the room, and we felt it should have been included.

We had the most friendly and helpful staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Special thanks to David. The hotel is conveniently located in the cool Fitzrovia district, with many restaurants right outside. It is also just off Oxford Street, making it easy to access transportation and explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, with spotlessly clean rooms and free toiletries provided.

Staying at this hotel was a brilliant experience! I was able to walk everywhere from here, including plenty of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff here were amazing, they helped me with my every request and always had a smile. The room itself was lovely and clean with all the amenities I needed. I was really impressed with their room service and the tasty food they provided. this place exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The cozy rooms offered comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and convenient amenities like dressers, desks, and tables. The friendly staff provided excellent service and made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere without much street noise. this hotel was an ideal base for exploring the city.

There was a noticeable noise issue in the rooms facing the yard, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a great stay over New Year's. the hotel was in a perfect location, close to the tube stations and within walking distance of shops and theaters. the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade and a birthday surprise of champagne and chocolates. the room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. we felt like we were treated like royalty and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the noise from outside, especially the refuge trucks, was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.
