The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many attractions and amenities within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

One negative aspect was that the rooms were not soundproofed properly, that we were often disturbed by the noise from the street at night. the paid WiFi was a bit excessive considering the cost of the room, and we felt it should have been included.

We had the most friendly and helpful staff. They were great too make our experience really good. Special thanks to David. The hotel is conveniently located in the cool Fitzrovia district, with many restaurants right outside. It is also just off Oxford Street, making it easy to access transportation and explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, with spotlessly clean rooms and free toiletries provided.

Staying at this hotel was a brilliant experience! I was able to walk everywhere from here, including plenty of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. The staff here were amazing, they helped me with my every request and always had a smile. The room itself was lovely and clean with all the amenities I needed. I was really impressed with their room service and the tasty food they provided. this place exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The double rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable mattresses and pillows for a restful sleep. The bar and dining area created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere without much street noise. this hotel was an ideal base for exploring the city.

There was a noticeable noise issue in the rooms facing the yard, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a great stay over New Year's. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the tube stations and within walking distance of shops and theaters. The staff were friendly and cute. We were really surprised with a free room upgrade and a birthday surprise of champagne and chocolates. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. we reminded me of we were treated like royalty and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The noise from outside, especially the refuge trucks, was quite disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.
